Since its founding in 2021, our client has been transforming urban mobility with a clear mission: to make sustainable transportation accessible to everyone. By reselling fully refurbished e-bikes, they offers an affordable, eco-friendly, and reliable alternative to buying new—across all of Europe and the USA. As Operations Lead you'll be in charge of their biggest Operations Center worldwide.

Tasks

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Managers, Operations Associates and Mechanics
• Take full ownership of the P&L and budget — and make sure the numbers hit their mark
• Dive deep into data to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities
• Create and implement smart, scalable processes that drive smooth operations and strong financial performance
• Partner across the company to fuel rapid growth and expansion in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Requirements

• Strong academic background with a track record of excellence
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a comparable field
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• A natural leader and communicator — able to motivate, inspire, and manage large teams with confidence
• Sharp problem-solving skills: detail-oriented, data-driven, and always digging for root causes
• Ready to take full ownership of a complex operational setup and deliver real impact
