If you're a Volljurist looking for a role that goes beyond contract review, this is worth a closer look. You'll sit at the centre of a business built on commercial dealmaking, advising on the deals that shape how the company grows, rather than just checking the paperwork behind them.
You'll work directly with commercial and business teams across the group, so your advice has visible, immediate impact rather than sitting in a legal silo.
Our client is a well-established, fast-growing international business operating in the B2B payments space, working with customers across dozens of European markets. It's a commercially driven environment where digital products sit at the heart of the offering, giving you the chance to work on technology-led legal questions alongside traditional contract law.
The role:
→ Act as trusted legal advisor to group companies and business units across the commercial organisation.
→ Support teams on product distribution, including software, and negotiate large-scale customer contracts.
→ Review and negotiate procurement contracts.
→ Develop legal frameworks for new business opportunities.
→ Advise on special projects with group-wide impact.
→ Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
What you'll need:
→ Both German state law examinations (Volljurist).
→ 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in commercial, sales or procurement law.
→ Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
