Infrastructure Engineer (On-Site Desktop and Infrastructure Support)

Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer (On-Site Desktop and Infrastructure Support) to join their business in Germany .

Infrastructure Engineer (On-Site Desktop and Infrastructure Support)

Responsibility:

Desktop Support:

• Provide on-site technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in Chinese and English
  

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
  

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
  

• Provide video, audio technology support
  

Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain all the infrastructure environment, including meeting room, server room, application system, IT platform, etc.
  

• Inspect server room, meeting room in a daily basis
  

• Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems
  

• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning and optimization
  

• Participate in the analysis and deployment of IT platform and system Implementing IT project, including infrastructure environment upgrade, IT platform and system go-live
  

Network Administration:

• Support Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points, and other associated network equipment
  

• Monitor IT platform and network quality System, platform and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repairing
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on desktop and network administration
  

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  

• Strong understanding of network architecture and security principles.
  

• High level of commitment, initiative and independent work organization
  

• Ideally, certifications in the network environment, similar to CCNA.
  

• Language Requirement: Mandarin, English
