Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming and looking after guests and visitors
• Answering and forwarding phone calls, and handling inquiries
• General office organisation and administration
• Processing incoming mail, including for companies we manage
• Proactively supporting the team with administrative matters (general organisational tasks, travel bookings, expense reports, etc.)
• Supporting and later independently managing, updating, and maintaining the invoicing process for clients of the German entity
• Supporting the exchange of information between group accounting and the external accountant/tax advisor
• Providing booking details for incoming invoices / verifying accuracy; managing standing orders and SEPA mandates

Education / Experience:

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in reception or an assistant role is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Practical experience with SAP S4/HANA is an advantage, but not required
• Team spirit, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
