Hybrid working model: Only 1 week per month from the office , the remaining weeks working remotely
Salary & Benefits : €1,535 gross per month
Relocation Package
1,500 € Gross Relocation Bonus (paid in two instalments)

Your Role
As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor , you'll help customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers in German
- Handling delivery and logistics inquiries
- Solving shipment-related issues
- Providing accurate information and effective solutions
- Working closely with an international team
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent German
- Good English skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1 week per month from the Sofia office)
