(Junior) Sales Representative (m/w/d) Neurosurgical - Region NRW
Stryker seeks a junior to mid-level sales representative to drive neurosurgical implant sales across North Rhine-Westphalia. The role combines field-based customer engagement, product training in operating rooms, and strategic account management for neuro, spine, and cranial implant systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities and territory strategy for neurosurgical implant product line across eight NRW cities
- Conduct new customer acquisition and maintain existing customer accounts through targeted outreach
- Employ sales and marketing strategies; negotiate with hospital management, physicians, and procurement departments
- Provide product training and support to medical and surgical staff in operating rooms and workshops
- Attend trade shows, congresses, and business meetings to identify prospects and expand network
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices or related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate new business
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and client-facing professionalism
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving orientation, and excellent organizational ability
- Valid driver's license required; fluent German and proficient English
- Bachelor's degree preferred in medical technology, engineering, or health management
Compensation: €57,100–€95,200 base annual
