The Role

As part of an expanding team of 6, the successful candidate will be placing senior level professionals on a contract basis. You’ll recruit within the DACH region and become a leader within the Düsseldorf branch.

You will join a high performing team who are working with a well-established client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Energy and Infrastructure brands, which you can leverage.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain existing client relationships whilst confidently approaching prospective clients to bring on new business. As this is a 360 role you'll also source top level candidates for your clients.

About You

• You will have at least 2 years 360 recruitment experience, doing both business development and candidate sourcing
• Must speak fluent Germany and English
• Right to work in the EU is required
• Preferably experienced in the Energy (specific renewables or power generation) or Infrastructure sector
• Have proven and consistent billing history
• Confident to expertly network with global candidates and clients
• Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
