Join J&T Express at an exciting stage of our growth journey. To strengthen our warehouse operations in Düsseldorf , we are looking for a hands-on Operations Team Lead (m/f/d) to lead our operational teams and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate your warehouse operations team during the respective shift
• Take responsibility for people management, team coordination and operational supervision
• Organize daily workflows and allocate tasks within the team
• Support daily operations, including inbound, scanning, sorting and shipment preparation
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including inbound performance, missed scans and quality control
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate action within your area of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
• Work closely with Warehouse Management to continuously improve processes and performance

Your Profile

• Professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, parcel logistics or a comparable environment
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Shift Lead, Supervisor or in a comparable role is highly desirable
• Strong hands-on mentality combined with leadership and organizational skills
• Reliable, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to work in a shift-based warehouse environment
• German at B1 level or above OR fluent English (Chinese skills are a strong advantage)
• WMS experience and a valid forklift license are an advantage
