Job Title: Data Center Facility (DCF) Solution Sales
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany or The Hague, Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Insight & Strategy Development and Execution: Identify industry opportunities, formulate and implement sales strategies for DCF solutions. Support regional market growth and achieve key performance indicators, including market share, order, revenue, and gross margin targets, etc.
- GTM: Lead the GTM (Go-to-Market) launch of products and solutions. Develop localized marketing content and sales enablement materials to empower rep. offices.
- Product Competitiveness Enhancement: Understand customer pain points and core market needs. Drive product iterations and solution evolution to strengthen competitive edge.
- Key Project Support: Participate in opportunity management for key projects. Summarize winning approaches and provide technical support for major engagements.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Data Center Facility (DCF) product and systems.
- Previous experience in technical sales or solution sales is preferred.
- Strong technical communication and customer engagement capabilities.
- Ability to independently complete solution design.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, good stress resilience and collaboration skills.
- Able to travel internationally, mainly within Europe.
- Fluent in English for daily work communication.
