Building on its solid foundation in core manufacturing and technological expertise, the company is now accelerating the expansion of its energy storage business in Europe, entering the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy storage market and developing high-end system solutions alongside localized operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the European market for UPS lithium battery products, driving sales growth and increasing market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key industry players such as UPS OEMs, system integrators, and data center operators.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers through regular visits, technical discussions, and project follow-ups.
  • Build and expand local sales channels and partner networks across Europe, including distributors and integrators.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to support business growth.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams including R&D, procurement, and production to support product development and strategic decisions.decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in UPS systems, energy storage, lithium batteries, or related industries, with a proven sales track record.
  • Familiarity with the European UPS or data center ecosystem is preferred. Candidates with relevant industry connections or channel resources will be highly valued.
  • Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage key accounts in an international business environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional European languages are a plus.
