We are looking for a Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) to join our Business Services division starting from March 2026.Your responsibilitiesResponsibility – You will be part of the Products & Technology team and will assume technical responsibility for the engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring a solution that is close to standard functions and industry requirements.Guidelines – You will define guidelines, standards, and the solution architecture for EM to ensure that they are in line with our future system landscape. In addition, you will evaluate S/4 HANA Public Cloud innovations and support continuous improvement.Integration – You will ensure the provision and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA-based processes and solutions within the EM area, as well as their end-to-end integration. In addition, you will support Level 3 support and root cause analysis within S/4HANA Cloud, x-BOS solutions, and technical integration.Innovations – You evaluate and implement cloud innovations that can bring improvements through technologies such as RPA and ML. Your profileYou have completed your studies in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable degree program.You have several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., in sales/opportunity/project management. Ideally, you have initial experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and implementation in a multi-tenant/public cloud environment.In addition, you ideally have knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management, including sales, material master, pricing, CPM, and EPPM.You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written.Your analytical, independent, and structured approach to work supports you defining guidelines. Furthermore, your communication enables effective collaboration with various teams.
