Brand Lead - Consumer Brands (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Develop and independently implement marketing strategies and activities based on in-depth market research and analysis for brands such as Persil, Somat, and Schwarzkopf
• Develop and recommend strategies in close collaboration with market research, media planning, key account management, and creative agencies
• Plan and manage brands through market share and competitive analyses, as well as the creation of contribution margin targets
• Take responsibility for format strategy, including pricing
• Actively contribute to creative processes and analyze potential new products
• Support the development of marketing and POS materials

What makes you a good fit

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
• 5 years of professional experience in brand management/product management in FMCG
  Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong numerical affinity, high analytical thinking, and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, personal commitment, and assertiveness
• Independence and initiative combined with team spirit and flexibility
• Excellent German and very good English language skills
