Team Lead Workday FIN & HCM (d/f/m)

At 4flow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead WorkdayFIN & HCM(d/f/m),who will take end-to-end responsibility for our Workday landscape.

What your new challenge will look like

In this role, you will be hands-on involved in the daily operation and further development of both Workday FINand HCM.You will combine operational system work, team leadership, and stakeholder management,while activelyshaping the future of Workday at 4flow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Hands-on responsibility for Workday FIN & HCM, including configuration, enhancementsand day-to-dayoperations

• Managing the daily operations and strategic development of WorkdayFIN & HCMsystems, ensuringhigh availability and performance.

• Identifyingand addressing complex support issues while customizing Workday solutions to align withbusiness needs.

• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders tooptimizeWorkday functionalities and align them withbusinessobjectives.

• Leading and coordinating projects related to new Workdayreleases, system updates, and integrations.

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external data security and governance requirements.

• Driving process efficiency through reporting, analytics, and automation within Workday.

• Organizing and delivering training sessions for key users and end users to enhance system adoption andeffectiveness.

• Strengthening internal communication and visibility of Workday functionalities across the organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership skills and deephands-onexpertisein Workday. You should bring:

• A degree in business administration, finance, human resource management, business informatics, or a

• related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Workday FIN, Workday HCM is a plus, including system configuration, management and integrations.

• Strong background in process design, project management, and business process optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Workday security models, reporting tools and interfaces.

• A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.

• Workday training and certifications are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured, hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels in an international environment.

• Fluency in English.
