Quality and Processes Project Manager

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is seeking a qualified, independent Quality and Processes Project Manager Consultant or specialized service provider to support an upcoming project. This engagement focuses strictly on achieving key milestones as per the SOW. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and action plans. Coordinate activities involving multiple departments and stakeholders. Track progress against agreed plans and milestones. Identify dependencies between workstreams and ensure appropriate coordination between responsible teams. Ensure actions have clear owners, target dates and expected outcomes. Drive project activities through to completion and escalate significant delays or blockers where required. Support the implementation of recovery or improvement initiatives when performance deviates from expectations. Process Management Map, document and maintain key end-to-end processes supporting the Telecom rollout program. Review existing processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, unclear responsibilities and unnecessary complexity. Define and implement standardised processes and ways of working across relevant program functions. Ensure process responsibilities, inputs, outputs and interfaces between departments are clearly defined. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, process documentation and guidelines. Ensure processes remain aligned with operational requirements and program objectives. Facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders to define or improve cross-functional processes. Monitor process adoption and identify areas where agreed ways of working are not being consistently applied. Quality Management Establish and maintain appropriate quality principles and controls across relevant rollout processes. Define quality criteria and checkpoints for key project activities and deliverables. Monitor compliance with agreed quality standards and processes. Identify recurring quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the responsible teams. Perform structured reviews of processes, deliverables and operational outputs where required. Support root-cause analysis for recurring quality problems. Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are properly defined, tracked and closed. Promote a quality-oriented mindset focused on preventing problems rather than only reacting to them. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project execution, operational efficiency and delivery quality. Analyse recurring operational issues and determine whether process improvements can prevent recurrence. Lead structured improvement initiatives involving multiple teams. Promote standardisation, simplification and automation where appropriate. Capture lessons learned and translate them into concrete process improvements. Ensure successful improvements are incorporated into standard ways of working. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvement measures. Risk & Issue Management Support the identification and structured management of project risks and issues. Maintain visibility of relevant cross-functional risks, issues, actions and dependencies. Ensure significant risks and issues have clear owners and mitigation or resolution actions. Follow up on mitigation activities and resolution progress. Identify recurring or systemic issues requiring process-level corrective action. Facilitate root-cause analysis for major or recurring problems. Escalate significant unresolved issues to the appropriate management level. Escalation & Action Management Support the structured management of operational and cross-functional escalations. Ensure escalations are clearly documented and supported by relevant facts and data. Coordinate the different stakeholders required to resolve complex issues. Maintain structured action tracking for important management topics. Ensure decisions, responsibilities and deadlines are clearly captured. Follow up actions until resolution or formal closure. Identify recurring escalation themes and propose improvements to prevent recurrence. KPI & Performance Management Support the definition of relevant operational, process and quality KPIs. Monitor agreed KPIs and identify performance deviations or negative trends. Work with the Data Analytics team to establish effective dashboards and management information. Ensure KPIs are consistently defined and interpreted across the different teams. Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities and potential root causes. Translate KPI findings into concrete actions and improvement initiatives. Track whether implemented actions result in measurable performance improvements. Reporting & Management Information Prepare regular project and management reporting covering progress, quality, processes, risks, issues and improvement initiatives. Consolidate information from different functional areas into a clear management view. Provide fact-based information to support management decisions. Highlight significant deviations, bottlenecks, quality concerns and areas requiring management attention. Ensure reporting is concise, accurate, consistent and action-oriented. Support the continuous improvement and automation of management reporting. Documentation & Process Control Maintain appropriate documentation for key processes, improvement initiatives and project activities. Ensure process documentation remains current and reflects actual ways of working. Establish consistent templates and documentation standards where required. Ensure important project decisions, actions and process changes are properly recorded. Maintain appropriate version control and accessibility of process documentation. Support teams in maintaining structured and auditable project documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work transversally across the different functions contributing to the rollout program. Facilitate cooperation between teams where processes or responsibilities overlap. Help clarify interfaces, responsibilities and handover points between departments.
