Our Position

We’re looking for a creative mind who can turn complex B2B messages into strong visual stories. As a Temporary Marketing Officer , you’ll focus on graphic design and help elevate our marketing content with clear, impactful visuals.

• During this internship you will work out of Nitto’s business headquarters in Dusseldorf, Germany. You will work on developing diverse content for industry leading products and events.
• Content may include social media visuals, catalogues, product introduction packages, event design, and more.
• The Marketing Officer will work with a wide array of teams to design promotional tools including members from application engineering, planning department and research and analytics to define the best way to show product functionalities and value propositions.
• Helps setup up logistics for events and meetings. Maintains supplies, works with related vendors, creates new content, books reservations, organizes event schedules, schedules meetings, helps process invoices, etc.
• Develop marketing concepts based on input and needs from market and product teams and in collaboration with external partners.
• Deliver sales & marketing materials (catalogues, ads, leaflets, manuals, datasheets, etc.) in collaboration with product and market management delivering materials that meet brand guidelines and on schedule.
• Execution and follow-up of administrative tasks (PO request, payment request, uploading content into right data systems etc.) and regular reporting to management.

Your Profile

• You have an intermediate to advanced level of Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience in Digital Marketing (social media, website, virtual events, webinars etc.) and/or event management is a plus
• You have good project management skills
• Language skills: you are fluent in English, German is a plus
• You are hands on, take initiative and present good ideas
• You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adaptable to change
