What You Will Experience: As part of the Commercial Excellence Program, you will be based in Germany (Düsseldorf or Berlin), gaining exposure to an international business environment and collaborating with colleagues and customers worldwide. You will embark on:

• Rotations across key commercial functions
• Exposure to strategic customer interactions, commercial negotiations, and business decision-making.

Who we are looking for:

• Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
• Passion & interest in technology and innovation.
• Ambitious self-starters who are hungry to learn, determined to succeed, and ready to go the extra mile to make an impact.
• International mobility is mandatory.
