⚡ Fast-track recruitment for two specialized crane operator profiles

Your Role

• Operate mobile, tower, crawler and all-terrain cranes to lift, move and position heavy components per lift plans and site requirements

• Coordinate with riggers, signalers and site supervisors to ensure safe, precise lifts, including pre-lift briefings and tag-line control

• Use lift plans, load charts, method statements and technical drawings to confirm crane setup and slinging arrangements

• Complete daily pre-operational inspections and report defects

• Maintain accurate lift records, checklists and incident reports

• Follow health & safety procedures, including exclusion zones, LOTO and working at height control

MUST-HAVE CERTIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid crane operator certification for the crane types you will operate (national or recognised EU certification)

• Slinger/Signaller (Rigger) certification or equivalent training

• Current safety trainings : site induction, working at heights, confined space awareness, LOTO and first aid as required

• Valid driver’s license and Passport/EU Citizenship

You Bring – Essential Requirements

• Proven crane operating experience on large construction, industrial or renewable energy projects

• Strong understanding of load charts, stability, outriggers and ground bearing calculations

• Ability to follow lift plans, method statements and risk assessments independently and under supervision

• Good English communication skills

• Physically fit for outdoor work in variable weather and prolonged on-site shifts

Desirable

• Experience with heavy lifts, tandem lifts and lifting accessories

• Familiarity with digital crane controls, telematics and on-board safety systems

• Additional language skills relevant to project sites
