Your mission

This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in our Düsseldorf office.
You’ll work side-by-side with Lion, our Data Team Lead, as well as teams across the whole company, such as Customer Success, Software Development and Sales. From building dashboards in Tableau to digging into databases and spotting trends, you’ll help us unlock the full value of our data.

Your skillset

• Tableau experience is a must-have — you know how to build dashboards that are both visually compelling and rich in actionable insights.
• You’re fluent in SQL and experienced in working with relational databases
• You have a degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field
• You’ve worked with Python , R , or other analytical tools
• You’re structured, precise, and curious – you don’t just crunch numbers, you ask why and consult back
• Bonus: you’ve worked in a B2B SaaS or startup environment and are used to moving fast
• Fluent in English – German is a plus

What your day-to-day looks like

• Create reports and visualizations that make insights crystal clear – especially in Tableau.
• Explore and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and guide business decisions.
• Ensure data is reliable and clean by performing data quality checks.
• Support teams with ad-hoc data requests and deep-dives that help us move fast.
• Structure and maintain databases that power everything from KPIs to customer insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics that actually matter – not just nice-to-haves.
• You’ll make sure that what we measure is meaningful – and that everyone can act on it.
