(Senior) Manager Product Marketing - MCU Ecosystem (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem & Technical Leadership : Leverage your in-depth expertise to identify ecosystem gaps, drive innovation to build up a mature, scalable and future oriented ecosystem. Act as a thought leader and mentor within the ecosystem partner team.
• Marketing and Sales Enablement: Provide strategic guidance to marketing and sales on partner ecosystem value propositions. Translate customer and market requirements into actionable ecosystem improvements.
• Partner Engagement: Own strategic partner relationships and roadmap alignment. Lead ecosystem collaboration discussions with key partners. Support and contribute to partner contracts and legal discussions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across Renesas and partner teams to ensure cohesive, robust, and scalable ecosystem.
• Team Management: Manage and develop the ecosystem partner team, ensuring resource alignment and execution excellence.

Qualifications

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field of study with embedded systems and semiconductor marketing experience
• Prior experience​​ in managing a team of engineers, deep experience in cross functional program management or similar leadership role

• Knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and development tools
• Good sense of understanding technical requirements and customer expectations
• Skills to review legal contracts for partner engagements and projects for solution development
• Excellent team player with creativity, open mindset and ability to reflect and adapt

• Strong drive with ability to take ownership to accomplish objectives in an international environment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
