Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a Quality Specialist (m/f/d) About us MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe. Your profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of automotive knowledge and experience is required.
• Driving license level B is mandatory.
• Full IT literacy and good knowledge for MS office (Ppt, Excel, word, etc.).
• Fluent English mandatory and German preferably.
• Good skills in communication and coordination, internally and externally.
• Ability to use basic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, etc.).
• Willingness to travel in and outside Germany, also on short notice, resilient and flexible. Also to support other teams in department, due to sudden occasion of quality issue to ensure good atmosphere within the department.
• Sound understanding of automotive products and technologies with a particular focus on Audio and Multimedia systems.
• Problem solving & decision making, ability to read and understand electronic schematics and block diagrams.

Your tasks

• Regular field claim data analysis and identify the need of improvement and initially prepare the required steps.
• Use of available tools (dealer/distributor hotline, regular meetings) to prevent claims by guidance.
• Investigate in cooperation with customer direct on vehicles and confirm the symptom, all kind of occuring condition of and around the part, system, vehicle, enviroment and customer's behavior.
• Manage the recovery of claim parts to initially start the improvement process in time, matching required quantity and optimze the process of our responsibility to achieve final HQ improvement plan asap.
• First analsis of claim part in our lab and identify exact point of root to prevent double or unneccessary work on HQ side and HQ continue real needed second analysis.
• Understand the detail of the improvement and confirm the efficiency by active evaluation and optionally reoccurence rate in the field by proper data analysis.
• Execute new car / new part evaluation in European environment with existing checksheet to find issues related to European environment to reduce quality issues before SOP.
• Develop new methods and checksheets continously to create specific methods to find unique European quality issues.
• Report of found issues to HQ for improvement and implementation in future vehicles.
• Support local factories in quality topics ( e.g. 0-km or specific real vehicle investigation request for field claim) and also for evaluation of new vehicle during development stage and or after SOP Support of control local suppliers.
