The Role:
As Senior Online Business Manager (m/f/d) for Amazon , your mission is to develop and execute compelling activation strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive sell-out, and maximize visibility — precisely tailored to Amazon's unique platform dynamics. You will work at the intersection of brand, content, and performance, collaborating closely with Media, Marketing and Sales teams and under the guidance of Head of eCommerce.
Your Responsibilities:
- Brand Activation Strategy: You own the development and execution of Amazon activation concepts for Luxe Skincare brands — translating brand strategies into platform-native campaigns, launches, and seasonal opportunities (Prime Day, Black Friday etc.)
- Business Analytics: You analyze key e-commerce performance metrics — sell-out, traffic, conversion rate, ASP, and ROAS — and derive actionable recommendations, including a concrete roadmap for implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: You work in close collaboration with Product Management, Media/A&I, Commercial, and Digital Marketing teams, as well as external retail and sales contacts. You proactively engage with Europe Zone eCommerce stakeholders to ensure smooth alignment and clear communication across all levels.
- E-Merchandising & Content Excellence You lead the execution of e-merchandising standards on Amazon — product page quality, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store, image assets, ratings & reviews, and on-platform SEO — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium positioning of the brand.
- Trend Scouting & Innovation You keep a close eye on Amazon platform developments (Virtual Try-On, Rufus AI search, emerging ad formats) and broader digital trends, bringing forward relevant opportunities and proposals to the team to keep Luxe Skincare brands competitive and forward-looking.
Your Profile:
- Experience : You have 4-6 years of experience in marketing or sales, ideally in the FMCG sector, and a strong sense for consumer needs. Familiarity with Amazon's brand-facing tools (Brand Store, A+ Content, AVS , AMC, Pacvue) is a strong plus. A successfully completed university degree is required.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: You quickly identify connections in data and translate insights into concrete activation plans , comfortable building structured reporting and deriving clear roadmaps for implementation
- Entrepreneurship: You are proactive, independent, and reliable, driving projects forward with passion and personal responsibility. You navigate ambiguity with confidence and prioritize clearly & consistently.
- Strong Communication Skills : With your strong communication skills, you inspire and motivate others for projects and successfully execute them within the team. Fluent English is a must. German language skills are preferred/desired
- Interest in Trends: You closely follow current trends and analyze consumer behavior with curiosity and foresight.
