Performance Lead
We are searching for a Performance Lead to join our client’s business in Germany. Position Title: Performance Lead Position Type: Rolling Contract(6 months) Start Date: ASAP Location: Berlin/Dusseldorf, Germany Contact: Iulia Balan | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 62 Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the full end-to-end performance of the network including adherence to all KPI’s and ensuring the highest quality of delivery throughout You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships from the outset You will work closely with our customer in defining the Acceptance process and procedures and you will own the KPI adherence during the life cycle of the project You will be responsible for the performance of our partner organisations (GSC) who will support Client in excelling in the delivery of performance and optimisation services for the network You will be responsible for the performance of our partner organisations including all drive test subcontractors who will support clients in excelling in the optimisation of our network Sets and manages Customer performance expectations as well as expectations of Client Responsible for distribution of all relevant KPI information incoming from the Customer to members of the project Controls the Implementation process according to the defined time schedule Establishes an organizational structure for the performance/optimisation for New sites / Swap sites Deliver regular Performance reports at site/cluster/network level (according to project requirements) Evaluates the contract deliverables and transfers knowledge to his team. Defines the Scope of Work & job description for all positions in the optimisation team. This should be in line with the pre-defined organisation structure. Selects/approves all performance & optimisation engineers according to competence and ability Establishes Optimisation and Acceptance Teams, which shall be in line with the contract obligations. Responsible for organizing the tools and test equipment for the Teams. Prepares detailed acceptance plans and presents to Customer for buy-in Manages the site & cluster acceptance process definition and acceptance with customer Ensure that the performance & optimisation tools and databases are kept up to date at all times Prepares all necessary reporting, including internal reports and customer reports as per project requirements. You will build and maintain excellent relationships from the outset throughout the customer Technical organisations up to Head of Function level thereby leading to a highly engaged and satisfied customers that maximises the chances of further opportunities & growth Qualifications: Educated to Degree Level, preferably in Telecoms, IT or Computer Science Minimum of 7 years experience in the Mobile Telecommunication Market Self-confident towards the Customer, Partners, Staff and Subcontractors Proven ability to control the performance of Staff / Partners / Subcontractors Excellent Knowledge of Open Radio Access Technologies Strong knowledge of Cloud and virtualisation technologies Know-how and experience in mobile radio networks (GSM/LTE/NR/ORAN) Deep understanding of 2G/4G/5G call processing and signalling Extensive experience on Parameter and KPI Design Excellent background in site/cluster performance and acceptance with customers Strong technical knowledge on Network optimisation and tuning Initiative and autonomy in approach to work Excellent Reporting Skills Excellent Presentation Skills MS Office Suite (High Competence) Excel, Word & PowerPoint (High Competence) Fluent in spoken and written English and German Good report writing skills Occasional travel is expected within the German market Strong team player Ability to work under tight timelines and demands For more details contact: sales(at)manningglobal.com Quoting reference: DE_MGIB_PL_ Or call Iulia on: +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 62 View our latest jobs: Follow us on twitter: @ManningGlobal If you know of anyone within your network who may also be interested in this position,would you please forward this ‘Email & Role’ to them.
