As a Media Buyer (m/f/d) , you will take operational and strategic ownership of our Paid Media activities. You will make sure our brands reach the right people, budgets are used efficiently, and media spend translates into measurable growth.

You will work closely with Creative, Brand, Content and Data to continuously develop our campaigns. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to build new brands from the ground up and develop Paid Media structures for new growth opportunities.

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage and scale our Paid Media campaigns across relevant platforms
• Own campaign structure, Paid Media budgets, targeting and continuous optimization
• Develop and execute Performance Marketing strategies for different brands and target audiences
• Analyze performance KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, placements and campaign structures
• Work closely with Creative and Brand to develop performance-driven ad creatives
• Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns
• Build and optimize Paid Media setups for new brands
• Monitor budgets, ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CVR and other relevant KPIs
• Create regular performance reports and derive clear recommendations
• Monitor new platforms, trends and advertising features
• Work with internal teams and external partners to continuously develop our Media setup

WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US

• Several years of hands-on experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and ideally other Paid Media platforms
• Experience building, managing and scaling Performance Marketing campaigns
• Confident working with performance KPIs and data-driven optimization
• Experience with creative testing and developing performance-driven advertising creatives
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion
• Experience in E-Commerce , D2C, Fashion or a comparable consumer business is a plus
• Analytical and structured approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hands-on mentality
• High level of initiative and ownership
• Fast execution and a willingness to test new approaches
• Native-level Dutch and fluent English skills
• Willingness to work from our headquarters in Düsseldorf at least 4 days per week
