To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

IT System Administrator / IT All-Rounder (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities – Shaping, Digitizing, and Further Developing IT

• IT Strategy & Digitization: Developing and implementing a future-oriented IT and digitization strategy while taking into account IT security, data protection, and cost-effectiveness
• Projects & Process Optimization: Planning, managing, and implementing digitalization projects, as well as continuously optimizing business processes
• IT Operations & Infrastructure: Ensuring stable IT operations and further developing the IT infrastructure, network, and workstation systems, including IT support
• Service Providers & IT Services: Management of external IT service providers and support for hardware and software, cloud, telephony, and server systems
• Compliance & IT Management: Responsibility for data protection, IT compliance, contract management, and IT procurement in collaboration with external partners

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), or comparable qualifications
• IT expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, IT security, and ideally ERP systems
• Work style & skills: Structured, reliable, and self-motivated work style with a strong focus on service and solutions
• Interests & understanding: Interest in the housing and real estate industry as well as a good understanding of business contexts
