• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Data Analysis or similar with work experience in Performance Management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Experience in performance management, business steering or operational governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Proven experience in coordinating complex reporting cycles and cross-functional contributions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage

Tasks - Reporting & Data Management Ensure alignment and quality standards for performance reporting

• Maintain clarity on performance status vs. targets and update KPI structures
• Oversee the full reporting flow, ensuring timelines and monthly cycles run smoothly
• MPD & UPD Process Management
• Meeting Facilitation & Governance

Organize and run efficient MPD meetings, including agenda flexibility, timing control, room preparation, and communication flow

• Capture and circulate SMART actions, key communications, and key developments from reporting areas
• Weekly Reporting
