Reporting directly to the Senior Director Financial Performance Management NPE Division located in Düsseldorf, you will work in an international and dynamic environment with a high degree of responsibility.Responsibilities / TasksYour responsibilitiesPrepare monthly management reporting, including actual vs. target analysis, and support the planning processExtract, validate and analyze large data volumes from different sourcesTurn complex data into clear visualizations and management presentationsPrepare ad hoc analyses and special evaluations to support business decisionsDevelop and optimize controlling processes, reporting tools and data qualityIdentify opportunities to make financial performance management more efficient and transparentYour Profile / QualificationsYour profileUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance or ControllingSeveral years of relevant experience in controlling, financial performance management, management reporting or a comparable role are an advantageConfident user of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Think-Cell is a plusStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with an affinity for numbers and digital toolsExcellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearlyFluent in German and English and comfortable working in an international environmentIndependent, proactive and structured working style with a strong team-oriented mindsetYou don't meet every requirement?
