AbbVie seeks an experienced pharmaceutical field representative for the oncology sector in the Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Aachen, and Lower Rhine regions. The role involves promoting company products to physicians across clinical and private practice settings, managing customer relationships, and executing market strategies while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical information and marketing presentations of AbbVie oncology products to physicians in compliance with AMG regulations
- Analyze regional market data, identify sales potential, and track competitive developments in assigned territory
- Develop and implement territory plans collaboratively within field team structure
- Organize and conduct physician continuing education events and participate in regional conferences
- Build and maintain networks among hospitals, private practices, and healthcare organizations for patient care collaboration
Requirements
- Completed university degree in natural sciences with pharmaceutical sales training or equivalent expertise per AMG §75
- GxP foundational knowledge and secure oncology therapeutic area expertise
- Multiple years of pharmaceutical field sales experience with demonstrated above-average sales success
- Proficiency with field sales software (Veeva CRM/CLM, XPM, WebEx) and MS Office
- Ability to present complex scientific information appropriately to diverse stakeholder groups
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and high motivation to achieve targets
