Internship Marketing Advanced Hair Innovation

What you´ll do

• Support in designing the innovation pipelines of Henkel’s iconic hair brands (e.g. got2b, syoss, Schauma, Schwarzkopf Gliss, Brillance, Bonacure, Igora and many more)
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities for new product innovation by engaging in market, consumer and trend research
• Contribute fresh product ideas, support in writing product concepts and carry out testings with consumers and hairdressers
• Monitor the market for new brands and product innovation in the hair and beauty sector, together with our trend agencies
• Work with R&D (Research & Development) to explore new technologies and create first prototypes for Care, Color, and Styling products
• Collaborate with colleagues from Brand Management/Marketing, Consumer & Market Insights, R&D, Packaging, Global Hair Strategy & Portfolio Management, Open Innovation (incl. Corporate Venture Capital) and Trend Agencies
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops and updates for management
• Help monitor and manage project budgets

What makes you a good fit

• Currently pursuing a bachelor/master's degree in Marketing, Management or related fields
• First experience as an intern in Brand or Innovation Management, ideally in the beauty sector
• Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Passion for the beauty industry and interested in the “science behind hair”
• Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, communicative and open-minded personality with a great sense for team spirit
• Availability as of 1.1.2026 for a full-time internship (6 months)

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
