We are currently looking for a Brand Manager DACH to take an active role in managing and growing Multi-Gyn from our office in Düsseldorf. This is a broad brand management role combining commercial analysis, consumer and market research, product development, channel strategy and hands-on execution. What’s in it for you?Take significant ownership of Multi-Gyn and contribute directly to its strategy, positioning and growth across the DACH region Steer product development, innovation, launches and lifecycle initiatives from concept through to market execution Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with strong exposure to omnichannel marketing Help further develop the brand across pharmacy, mass-market and digital channels Collaborate internationally across functions and markets, driving both local and global initiatives Benefit from a high level of ownership, visibility and influence on commercial success What you’ll be doingDevelop and execute short- and medium-term Brand Growth Plans for Multi-Gyn across the DACH region Monitor sales performance, market data, financial results and brand KPIs, translating insights into concrete growth actions Initiate and manage consumer and market research to inform positioning, communication, innovation and channel strategy Lead product development and lifecycle projects, including new concepts, line extensions, product upgrades, packaging updates and claims Build business cases for innovation and commercial initiatives, considering pricing, margins, COGS, investment and growth potential Strengthen Multi-Gyn across pharmacy, mass-market and digital channels through integrated campaigns, activation and compelling sell-in materials Collaborate closely with Sales, Innovation, Portfolio, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, global teams and external agencies Manage budgets, timelines, launches and agency delivery while regularly evaluating performance and return on investment Requirements4+ years of relevant experience in brand or product management, ideally with end-to-end responsibility for brand performance and growth Experience within consumer healthcare, OTC or pharma, or relevant experience with regulated or evidence-led consumer products Practical knowledge of the pharmacy channel and an understanding of how to engage pharmacy stakeholders and support recommendation and sell-in Proven ability to work with market data, sales results, financial information and KPIs and translate analysis into business decisions Experience managing consumer or market research and turning insights into brand, communication or innovation strategies Hands-on experience steering product development, innovation, packaging or lifecycle projects with cross-functional teams Strong commercial acumen, including experience with budgets, pricing, forecasting, margins and business cases Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, hands-on working style Business fluency in German and English,BenefitsOpportunity to create, grow, and encourageApart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitionsFlexible schedule, hybrid model with the primary work place in the office, and life-work balanceResponsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industryVery positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated teamStart-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong valuesJob SummaryID: C35F4C6B3CDepartment: Business to ConsumerType: full time
