Your responsibilities

As a Working Student in the Communications Technology & Governance team at Uniper, you will support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of Uniper’s corporate website. You will contribute to website operations, content quality and optimisation, as well as our Website AI-Readiness project, helping to strengthen Uniper’s visibility and discoverability across digital search channels. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of digital communications, website management, SEO and emerging AI technologies in an international energy company.

• Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of Uniper’s corporate website, including publishing, updating and maintaining content in the Drupal Content Management System.
• Help ensure website content is accurate, up to date, consistent and aligned with Uniper’s corporate standards and guidelines working in close cooperation with our corporate communications team.
• Support the ongoing Website AI-Readiness project for improved discoverability in AI-powered search. Assist with keyword research, basic SEO activities and the review of website content to improve its structure, relevance and visibility in search engines and AI-driven search experiences.
• Help maintain website documentation, track content updates and support the analysis of website content and performance using relevant digital tools.
• Contribute ideas to improve website processes, content quality and the overall user experience.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Marketing, Information Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in website management, digital communications, SEO and emerging AI technologies.
• Initial experience with website content management systems, preferably Drupal, through internships, university projects or previous work experience, is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, website structures, content optimisation and digital analytics is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to working with digital content and data.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities.
• Good written and spoken English and German.
