About this Position What youll doImplementing Henkel Company Quality standards; HACCP, GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Hygiene Risk Assessment, Cleaning and Disinfection Program and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant.Leading the site Microbiology program. Direct leadership of the site Hygiene team. Indirect leadership across the site through Auditing and Compliance Assessments and consistent Hygiene program implementation.Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through.Managing and continuously improving plant Hygiene results through thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
