Retail Area Manager (m/f/d) North - Germany
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role requires flexibility and quick decision‑making. You identify challenges early and develop suitable solutions together with your colleagues. You always stay on top of current fashion trends and understand how to respond to the wishes of our customers while providing convincing personal style advice. You lead consistently according to the principle of “Leading by Example.”YOUR PROFILE:
You are at home in retail, have experience in retail management, and are an authentic, no‑nonsense leader with a strong people focus. You know how to develop teams and elevate our New Zealand Auckland Brand Stores to the next level. Your focus is especially on:- Selecting and developing excellent Store Managers and Sales Associates
- Continuously developing the existing teams
- Consistently managing and improving relevant KPIs
