What you´ll do

• Elevate Henkel’s profile as a sustainability leader by sharing our inspiring success stories and showcasing our thought
  leadership to the world in external communication
• Foster awareness of our internal capabilities and projects, leveraging sustainability as a key differentiator to strengthen our strategic alignment across the organization in internal communication
• Empower our employees to champion sustainability by developing and delivering engaging training programs that
  enhance their knowledge and skills
• Create meaningful opportunities for dialogue with customers about their sustainability challenges, transforming these
  conversations into valuable partnerships in form of events and further formats
• Ensure a strategic approach that drives significant business impact in alignment with our Adhesives Technology Sustainability Ambition 2030

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability,Communication, Science, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability management, communication, or a related field
  
• Possess exceptional communication skills and you are strong in stakeholder management
• Strategic thinking is one of your key strengths
• Fluent in English and German
