This role is based in our office in Hückelhoven and will require 3 days/week on site.

Your responsibilities

• Providing support in daily operations, including the coordination of merchandise flow with internal and external stakeholders, and managing inquiries related to shipments and prioritizations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Transportation, Warehousing, and Planning teams to ensure smooth material flow and adherence to schedules
• Proactive merchandise monitoring through the analysis of large datasets to prevent deviations from planned store arrival dates
• Recording and documentation of requirements, as well as assistance in the improvement, redesign and expansion of existing work processes and systems
• Preparation of KPI reports

What you bring

• Education in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Buying / Central Planning and/or 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in Retail Logistics or Fashion/Apparel Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability
• Strong communication skills to establish effective working relationships with various operational business stakeholders
