Job Description

Start date: 01.09.2025

Duration: 12 – 24 Months

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible 

You'll support the Operations Governance Team with the following tasks:

• Supporting QA sensory experts to execute product compliance activities (sensory, FFU, legal compliance and benchmarking checks)
• Supporting to manage the sensory facilities e.g. kitchen, storage room and sensory rooms
• Maintain quality database/ specification database
• Supporting on reporting/ admin tasks e.g. QA Master data and digital tools (MQuality / EyeQuestion)
• Cross-check and validation of data between different internal systems
• Data collection and analysis with the use of Microsoft Excel / internal IT solutions
• Development and maintenance of training materials
• Support in updating QA documents / procedures

Qualifications

• Enrolled student or PhD student in food science, food chemistry, nutrition sciences or food technology
• Computer experienced (MSOffice, especially Excel)
• Experience in Product Analysis and Sensory analysis
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, flexible and detail oriented
• Self-directed with ability to ask questions, investigate, and follow-up
• Team orientation
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
