Internship Sustainability Consumer Brands

What you´ll do

• Support the implementation of sustainability strategy for Henkel’s consumer brands across Europe
• Collaborate closely with brand marketing and sales teams to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, credible and consumer-relevant claims and storytelling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D formula and packaging to understand the environmental impact of our products, including topics like biodegradability, renewability and CO₂ footprint
• Contribute to the development of sustainable innovations, helping make our brands and products even more future-ready
• Prepare analyses, presentations and communication materials that support strategic decision-making

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business administration, sustainability or a related field
• Strong passion for sustainability and consumer-facing solutions
• Fluent English language skills; German is advantegeous
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and insights
• Highly self-organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple topics in parallel
• Availability as of August 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
