Your responsibilities

• Support the setup and launch of paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic)
• Assist with targeting, budget allocation, and campaign implementation
• Upload, organize, and maintain creative assets across platforms
• Coordinate assets with creative teams and ensure platform compliance
• Support campaign trafficking, monitoring, and pacing checks
• Assist with budget tracking and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Help identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
• Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and creative teams

What you bring

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in social sciences, work and organizational psychology, human resources, business studies, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required; German is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new digital tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, for up to 20 hours per week
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for people, transformation, and making a difference
