We have big plans. Do you? Then take the next step with us and become part of our team. We are looking for a French speaking Customer service agent (m/f/x) for the location Fulda or up to 100% remote as soon as possible.

Your mission

• Autonomous operational processing of orders
• Order handling in the ERP system
• Provide client support via email, telephone and chat
• Acquiring new customers
• Creation and follow-up of quotations
• System and data maintenance

Your profile

• You have gained initial professional experience in the field of customer service
• Your customer orientation and service mentality are exemplary
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
• You are reliable and show a sense of responsibility
• An experienced handling of an ERP is desirable
• Very good written and spoken French and good English skills, further language skills are welcome but not mandatory
• First experience in equestrian sports is a plus
