This is what you move:

As an International Account Manager Media (all genders) Tourism , you will be a reliable point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients. You will take ownership of your own accounts, lead versatile media projects, and actively drive the development of our client relationships.

• Client Advisory & Sparring: You advise your clients with confidence and expertise, understand their business objectives, and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Digital Media Expertise & Strategy Development: You develop data-driven strategies focused on digital channels and intelligently integrate them with traditional media.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: You analyze market and competitive dynamics, identify new opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for your clients.
• Budget & Performance Management: You manage and steer client advertising budgets effectively to continuously maximize ROI and campaign performance.
• Central Hub: You guide campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle, collaborate across internal departments, and ensure the smooth execution of all media activities.

The following qualities distinguish you:

• Solid Professional Experience: You bring roughly 2 to 4 years of experience in media planning or media consulting and have already gained initial experience managing client accounts independently.
• Digital Media Expertise: You navigate the digital media landscape with confidence and understand its dynamics thoroughly, while never losing sight of its interplay with traditional media.
• Consulting Skills & Analytical Mindset: You stand out through strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to translate client needs into successful media roadmaps. Working confidently with KPIs comes naturally to you.
• Strong Presentation Skills: You confidently present your concepts to client-side stakeholders, translate data into clear storytelling, and persuade with an engaging approach.
• Fluent English Skills: You possess strong written and spoken English skills, allowing you to communicate confidently and professionally in an international environment.
