Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

Help keep complex energy transactions running smoothly in a rapidly changing market.

The transition towards renewable energy and battery storage is reshaping not only how energy is produced, but also how it is traded and managed. At our client's company you will work at the heart of this evolving environment, supporting complex power contracts and transactions from operational setup through to settlement. Working closely with Trading, Origination, Risk, Finance and other specialist teams, you will help ensure that sophisticated energy transactions are accurately and efficiently executed.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Operational management and settlement of complex power contracts, including PPAs and BESS transactions
• Preparation, review and processing of settlements and invoices
• Validation of transactions, trade data and contractual parameters
• Investigation and resolution of payment, pricing, volume and settlement discrepancies
• Coordination with Trading, Origination, Risk, Finance, Legal, Tax and other stakeholders
• Documentation of controls and KPIs to support governance and audit requirements
• Optimisation, standardisation and automation of operational processes
• Support for new products, systems and process changes

Ihr Profil:

• Professional experience in Trading Operations, Settlement, Commodity Operations or a comparable environment
• Experience in settlement, invoicing, reconciliation and resolving transaction discrepancies
• Knowledge of European power markets and the operational lifecycle of energy transactions, ideally including the German and/or UK market
• Experience with complex power contracts; exposure to PPAs, BESS or ancillary services is an advantage
• Ability to translate contractual terms into operational and settlement requirements
• Confidence working with complex transaction, pricing and settlement data
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage
• Experience with Endur and/or SAP as well as reporting, data or automation tools is an advantage
