Technical Service Engineer(Germany)

We are now looking for a middle-senior level Technical Service Engineer . This position will provide professional technical support for Anker SOLIX home energy storage products, troubleshoot issues, guide installations, and ensure customer satisfaction with prompt responses.

This position is a full-time, with frequent business travel position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Anker SOLIX home energy storage products, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Lead the analysis of technical problems and develop solutions for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support sales teams and partners with technical expertise for complex sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address critical technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of technical support processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support for energy storage systems, solar PV systems, or related products.
• Strong technical knowledge of battery management systems (BMS), energy management systems (EMS), and power electronics.
• Experience with AC/DC power conversion, inverter technology, and battery technologies.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, additional languages proficiency will be a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and technical support tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Willingness to travel in Benelux and designated area for customer support or training purposes.
