Your mission

Your mission is to strengthen JustRelate's position in the international MarTech and digital customer experience ecosystem.

You will build strategic relationships with analysts at organizations such as Gartner and Forrester , identify the research that matters to us, and systematically work toward appropriate visibility and inclusion in renowned publications. At the same time, you will bring intelligence back into JustRelate: Where are our markets moving? Which categories are emerging? What are analysts hearing from customers? How is AI changing MarTech? Where are competitors positioning themselves - and where are the opportunities for us?

And importantly, you will turn analyst relationships and research into something commercially useful.

Your role

• Identify the analysts, research categories, publications and evaluation cycles that matter most to JustRelate.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with relevant analysts at Gartner, Forrester and other international research organizations.
• Develop a clear roadmap for improving JustRelate's visibility and positioning across relevant analyst ecosystems.
• Organize and lead analyst briefings, inquiries and evaluation processes.
• Present our company strategy, products, market positioning and differentiation clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrate our SaaS products directly to analysts when appropriate - not simply coordinate someone else to do it.
• Bring in experts from Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services or Management when deeper expertise is required.
• Ensure analysts consistently receive accurate, current and compelling information about JustRelate.
• Manage our participation in relevant research, assessments and market evaluations.
• Identify new analyst firms, research organizations, industry experts and influencers relevant to our markets.

Your skills

• Fully fluent professional English is essential.
• Understand B2B SaaS products and software markets well.
• Have worked with Gartner, Forrester or comparable analyst organizations and understand their research, evaluation and publication processes.
• Understand digital marketing, MarTech and customer experience technology, ideally including the rapidly evolving role of AI.
• Can learn complex software products and are comfortable demonstrating them yourself.
• Can turn technical capabilities into a compelling market story.
• Are an excellent presenter and communicator who can hold your own in conversations with senior analysts and executives.
• Have genuine commercial instincts: you enjoy building relationships, opening doors, presenting ideas and persuading people.
• Can turn complex research into short, useful conclusions rather than long internal presentations.
• Know how to build networks internally as well as externally and can bring Product, Marketing, Sales and Management together around an opportunity.
• Are proactive enough to build the function rather than wait for someone to define every task.
