Requirements

Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for an IT Project Assistant to join their business in Germany .

Responsibility:

• Assist the Project Manager in daily project management, including the development, tracking, and updating of project plans.
  

• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, project reports, and change requests.
  

• Facilitate project communications, including coordination between team members, vendors, and clients.
  

• Support the project team in handling administrative and logistical tasks.
  

• Participate in project meetings, record key points, and track the execution of meeting decisions.
  

• Assist the Project Manager in risk management and problem solving to ensure the project progresses as planned.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• Good organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with team members and clients.
  

• Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
  

• Prior experience in IT project management or as an assistant is preferred.
  

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has problem-solving skills.
