Job Title: Solar Channel Manager - Residential
Job Location: Munich or Dusseldorf. Other Huawei office locations may be considered upon discussion.
Main Responsibilities:
Channel Management of existing channel partners, supporting the channel director and department director in setting up channel strategy and operation
Operational execution of channel strategy, relationship maintaining with all levels of channel
Strong involvement with marketing for branding and general marketing in the channel business
Coordination with internal supporting platforms such as fulfillment, supply chain, product management etc. to ensure the channel partners receive the necessary products, documents and support
Growing the channel business by liaising with Account Managers for potential synergies in the market
Managing potential channel conflicts between channels and direct clients
Reporting and forecasting
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor or equivalent degree in energy related subjects
Working Experience as channel manager in solar industry is mandatory
Experience of reading and understanding electrical schematic diagrams and specifications with the ability to pick out and interpret relevant information
Highly motivated and team work oriented
Strong communication skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities
Demonstrated experience to lead executive engagements with distributors and resellers
Fluency in German and English is a must.
