Your Responsibilities

• Conduct internal training sessions on optical topics using state-of-the-art technology.
• Provide expert advice to customers and support colleagues with optical inquiries.
• Perform refractions and ensure that all procedures are conducted to standard within the team.
• Manage the technical equipment and contribute your knowledge to store management.

Your Requirements

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optical Specialist.
• A talent for communication and a positive attitude to engage customers with our products.
• A team player who collaborates to achieve company goals.
