Internship Business Development & Strategy

What you´ll do

• Be part of the Business Development & Strategy team
• Conduct market & competitor analyses
• Analyze potential M&A targets
• Support conceptual development of portfolio strategy frameworks & other business steering frameworks
• Contribute to development of market intelligence tool landscape for Henkel Consumer Brands
• Prepare new use cases for data-driven decision making
• Be part of a dynamic and agile team constantly striving for shaping the future of Henkel Consumer Brands

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled in a Master or MBA program in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
• Experience in market data analysis and data modelling
• Very good English skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of independence, self-organization and output-orientation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• True team player
• Availability as of October 2025

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
