As International Media Buyer, you'll own TV and CTV campaigns in several markets end to end: planning them, negotiating them, and optimizing them while they're on air. Read on and apply.How you'll make an impact:Plan and execute moderately complex TV and CTV campaigns across several international markets, aligned with company goals.Monitor campaign performance while campaigns are on air and continuously take optimization decisions and actions to protect efficiency and ROI.Independently negotiate pricing, conditions, and added value with agencies and media partners to secure competitive deals.Forecast TV and new media spend, manage monthly financial accruals, and upload post-reports to verify actual campaign performance.Explore and test new media opportunities, channels, and formats together with relevant stakeholders to drive incremental growth.Build strong connections across analytics, creative, and regional teams, and present ideas and investment optimizations to relevant stakeholders.What you'll need to thrive:Hands-on experience planning and buying media campaigns and owning their budgets, ideally including TV or CTV and across more than one market.Proven ability to negotiate pricing, conditions, and added value with agencies and media partners independently, backed by a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Strong communication skills, fluency in English, a collaborative approach to working in a diverse, international team, and openness to occasional travel.A genuine learning mindset: you approach campaign data and unfamiliar markets with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to develop and grow.A performance mindset: you set ambitious goals for your markets and have the determination and resilience to follow through and achieve them.An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation: you actively explore how AI can sharpen planning, reporting, and optimization, and are excited to grow alongside evolving technologies.Not ticking every box?
