AUFGABENGEBIET:- Manage global Linux environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Design and operate Kubernetes clusters for scalable, resilient services.
- Drive automation with IaC using Ansible and similar tools.
- Monitor systems with Sensu, OpsGenie, and Grafana Loki.
- Implement security best practices (firewallD, SELinux, OpenSCAP) and manage identities via FreeIPA.
- Maintain Utimaco's cybersecurity platform, ensuring reliable service delivery. ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:
- Hands-on experience in enterprise/global data center network engineering: configuration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management.
- Skilled with Juniper EX/QFX/SRX, Fortinet FortiGate/FortiSwitch, OPNsense, and Azure networking.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), IPsec VPNs, and secure network design.
- Familiar with reverse proxies (HAProxy, Traefik), DNS management, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in network automation with Ansible (and optionally Terraform); experienced with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
