This is what you move:

To strengthen our central planning team in the EU hub, we are looking for a Manager Media Planning (Human) . In this exciting role for our client Amazon, you will support the development and implementation of cross-market media plans and build a strong foundation in international media planning.

• International Coordination: For our renowned client Amazon, you will coordinate the development and implementation of media plans, working closely with 12 local market teams.
• Strategic Recommendations: You will support the creation of strategic media recommendations based on the campaign goals, target audiences, and budgets of our client Amazon.
• Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of planning data across all markets will be your responsibility, creating a solid basis for decision-making.
• Tool Management: The creation, maintenance, and development of central planning tools and trackers will be one of your core tasks to design processes efficiently.
• Analysis & Reporting: You will monitor campaign delivery, support performance analyses, and assist in creating meaningful documentation and reports.
• Internal Coordination: As a central interface, you will coordinate closely with internal specialist teams such as Programmatic, Strategy, and Account Management to ensure smooth implementation.

The following qualities distinguish you:

• Experience: Ideally, you have 1–3 years of experience in media planning, digital media, or a related field.
• Expertise: A good basic understanding of various media channels and daily media planning processes is a matter of course for you.
• Working Style: A high level of attention to detail, a structured way of working, and strong organizational skills enable you to keep track of multiple tasks.
• Data Affinity: You demonstrate your affinity for data through confident use of common tools like Excel and Google Sheets, and ideally, initial experience with planning tools.
• Communication: You are a strong communicator and work confidently in an international team environment thanks to your fluent English skills (German is a plus).
• Mentality: You have a proactive "hands-on" mentality and the willingness to take responsibility and contribute in a dynamic, operational environment.
