Internship New Business Development LOCTITE Pulse

What you´ll do

• Work in an agile innovation unit and benefit from Henkel’s local infrastructure, global organization and valuable exposure to business operations and professional networks
• Get involved in both strategic and hands-on tasks, from supporting sales and customer-facing activities to co-developing strategic approaches to establish sustainable growth of this new portfolio
• Support the business development team by building business cases that demonstrate the value and impact of new and existing products
• Take part in the development of business models and pricing strategies for new products, as well as the development of a partner and sales distribution strategy
• Analyze the relevant markets for smart maintenance solutions and evaluate market potential and value propositions
• Assist with the LOCTITE Pulse marketing campaigns and the customer journey
• Take ownership and use your initiative to continuously improve internal processes by analyzing challenges, suggesting optimizations, and implementing practical solutions within the team

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related or engineering-related studies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English language
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Independent and proactive work style and a good team player
• Openness to take over various tasks in an agile, start up like environment
• Availability as of March 2026 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
